PURPOSE: A windproof device for a rooftop vegetating system is provided to prevent the falling of damaged materials by securely the facilities in which vegetative material is formed. CONSTITUTION: A windproof device for a rooftop vegetating system comprises a boundary frame(10), a mulching net(30), a mulching net fixing frame(20) and a rivet(15). The boundary frame comprises an upper flange(11), a web(12) and a lower flange(13). The upper flange is formed by bending a board all around and is attached along the inner wall of a unit box. A plurality of screw-holes is formed on the upper flange. The web is formed by cutting a plurality of drains(14) and is perpendicularly and successively located on one end of the upper flange. The lower flange is formed by cutting a plurality of drains and is horizontally and successively located on the lower part of the web. The mulching net is a mesh net shape and installed by fixing a lower side end to the lower flange of the boundary frame. The mulching net fixing frame is installed under the side end of the mulching net and has a plurality of screw-holes. The rivet passes through the upper flange of the upper frame and the screw-hole of the mulching net fixing frame to be installed.
