HEAT INSULATION STRUCTURE AND CRYOGENIC LIQUID STORAGE TANK HAVING THE SAME

PURPOSE: An insulation structure and a cryogenic liquid storage tank with the same are provided to improve the reliability and thermal insulating function of product by increasing the resistivity against the pressure of the cryogenic liquid. CONSTITUTION: An insulation structure comprises an outer insulation layer(120), an inner insulation layer(140), and a main barrier wall(160). The outer insulation layer is located on the inside wall of a tank in order to cover the inside wall of the tank. A plurality of outer heat-insulating panels(121), which has an inner space made of composite material is formed in the outer insulation layer. The inner insulation layer is installed in the outer insulation layer in order to cover the outer insulation layer. A plurality of inner heat-insulating panels(141), which has an inner space made of composite material is formed in the inner insulation layer. The main barrier wall is located on the top of the inner insulation layer in order to prevent the inflow of cryogenic liquid into the inner insulation layer. A plurality of corrugation part(161) protruding towards the inner insulation layer is form in the main barrier wall.
