PURPOSE: A fitting manufacturing method using an uncoiling device is provided to reduce production time and reduce process costs since steps of uncoiling, cutting, drilling, bending, carburizing, and coating are performed in one process. CONSTITUTION: A fitting manufacturing method using an uncoiling device comprises the following steps. A coil-type carbon steel wire for cold heading is uncoiled using an uncoiling device. A carbon steel wire is one among SWCH(Steel, Wire, Cold, Heading) 10A, SWCH12A, SWCH15A, SWCH16A, and SWCH18A(S100). The uncoiled material is cut(S200). The inside diameter of the cut material is drilled and is processed into the shape of a pipe(S300). The processed material is bent(S400). The bent material is plated(S600).
