PURPOSE: An electronic device is provided to install software by the location by deciding the location with the IP(Internet Protocol) information. CONSTITUTION: An installation information storage unit(21) stores software and installation information by the location. An installation state confirmation device(22) confirms whether software corresponding to the IP information is installed or not. The location is discriminated with IP information. A software installation part(23) installs software according to the IP information based on the installation state confirmation result.
