PURPOSE: A fuel activating device for fuel reduction for a diesel engine is provided to timely replace a filter by operating a pressure sensor for sensing foreign substances on the filter. CONSTITUTION: A fuel activating device for fuel reduction for a diesel engine is composed as follows. First and second heaters(2), first and second filters, and reactors are installed inside a main body(1) and are connected to a pipe(7). A pressure reducing valve(12) for returning bunker fuel is installed in a bunker fuel inlet pipe(10) of the first heater. A pressure sensor(14) is installed in a pipe(13) for connecting the first and second filters. The reactors are connected to a pipe connected from the first and second filters to a diesel engine. An upper valve(22) and a lower valve(23) are installed in a pipe for supplying and discharging bunker fuel to the first and second filters.
