PURPOSE: A DC/DC converter with superior transient response characteristics for an input voltage and a load change is provided to stably increase performance using a compensation unit and a switch contact point voltage. CONSTITUTION: An inductor(310) charges or discharges energy by a DC voltage. A switch unit(320) comprises a charging switch(321) and a discharging switch(323). The charging switch charges the inductor with energy corresponding to a voltage difference. The discharging switch transfers energy charged in the inductor to a load(335). A voltage distribution unit(333) divides an output voltage of an output terminal. A first compensation unit(340) amplifies the difference between an inputted switching voltage and a ground voltage. A second compensation unit(350) amplifies the difference between a divided voltage and a preset reference voltage. A summing unit(360) sums output signals of the first and second compensation units. A comparison unit(370) outputs a pulse width modulation signal. A controller(380) controls operations of charging and discharging switches according to a pulse width modulation signal.
