PURPOSE: A kiosk type fever sensing device and a service system using the same are provided to photograph a fever of a human body and recognize a state of the photographed fever, thereby preventing a disease of the human body in advance. CONSTITUTION: A heat sensing camera unit(100) senses a fever from the appearance of a photographed person. A monitor unit(200) displays the sensed fever. A key manipulating unit(300) inputs personal information for discriminating an image. A data transmitting unit(400) transmits inputted personal information and a displayed image. An output unit(500) outputs a related fever information message when the sensed fever is higher than a preset fever.
