SPLIT MICROFIBER NONWOVEN FABRIC

PURPOSE: A split microfiber non-woven fabric is provided to ensure flexibility and soft texture and to be used in high functional material. CONSTITUTION: A split microfiber non-woven fabric(100) contains a split superfine web(110); a complex PTT fiber of bimetal structure containing poly trimethyleneterephthalate(PTT) and polyethyleneterephthalate(PET); and mixed fiber of general nylon fiber and polyester of high elasticity. The fineness of the split superfine is 0.01-0.2 denier. The complex PTT web contains 20-60% of complex PTT, 20-40% of polyester fiber of high shrinkage, and 20-60% of general nylon fiber.
