PURPOSE: An apparatus for preventing dry resin gel generation is provided to continuously lubricate and wash. CONSTITUTION: An apparatus for preventing dry resin gel comprises: a resin tank(8) for storing a resin solution; a rotary shaft(28) having a hollow part; a resin supply pipe(200) which is connected to the hollow part of the rotary shaft at the side; a propeller shaft(22) which is coupled to the lower side of the rotary shaft; a center frame(100) which lifts and lowers with respect to the propeller shaft; and a cleansing unit which is mounted to the end of the center frame.
