APPARATUS FOR DETECTING CARBON DIOXIDE CONCENTRATION, MONITORING SYSTEM AND MONITORING METHOD

PURPOSE: A device for detecting unsaturated zone carbon dioxide concentration, a monitoring system, and a monitoring method are provided to improve the detection accuracy of carbon dioxide by using a chamber and an NDIR sensor. CONSTITUTION: A device(100) for detecting unsaturated zone carbon dioxide concentration comprises a chamber(110), gas inlets(120), and a carbon dioxide concentration measuring sensor(130). The chamber is buried in an unsaturated zone and is formed in a cylindrical shape. The gas inlets are formed on the side surface of the chamber in a mesh shape. The carbon dioxide concentration measuring sensor is formed in the top of the chamber and measures the concentration of carbon dioxide. The carbon dioxide concentration measuring sensor is composed of a Non Dispersive Infra Red sensor.
