PURPOSE: An anti-static coating agent composition is provided to ensure excellent antistatic property as static electricity is removed, and to improve adhesion to optical films and adhesive layers, reworkability, and durability. CONSTITUTION: An anti-static coating agent composition comprises an antistatic agent represented by chemical formula 1 and a water-soluble or water-dispersible binder resin containing a hydrophilic unit. In chemical formula 1, n is an integer of 2-1000; R is hydrogen, methyl group, ethyl group, methoxy group, ethoxy group, allyl group, allyloxy group, ester group, or nitro group; R' is hydrogen, C1-20 alkyl group or C3-20 allyl group; Y is pyridine, pyrrole, imidazole, nitrogen, phosphorous or arsenic; and X is halogen or anionic substituent. |
