PURPOSE: A heating air-mat and an air-mat heating system having the same are provided to supply heat to the human body by supplying hot air to the inside of the mat. CONSTITUTION: An air-mat heating system comprises: a heating air-mat(100); and a heater(200) for supplying heat to the air-mat. The air-mat can be installed in various locations that a user wants. The heat is offered to a user locating in the upper surface of the air-mat when the is provided with heat from the heater. In the state of being connected to the air-mat, warm air can be provided to the inside of the air-mat.
