PURPOSE: An electrical cord reel assembly and a control method thereof are provided to automatically rewind a cord by a sensor, thereby keeping a proper cord length. CONSTITUTION: A motor(20) includes an AC motor and a DC motor. The motor directionally rotates when power is off. The motor unilaterally rotates when power is on. The maximum torque and rotation speed of the motor are different according to the size of a cord reel, a type of a work, and moving speed of a user. A power off circuit(30) prevents an overload of the DC motor. A touch sensor(40) is installed on a front side of a workout direction of a user. A motor controller(50) is composed of a control program(52) controlling an MCU(51) and the motor. The control program is installed in the MCU. |
