PURPOSE: A utility-pipe conduit maintenance monitoring system is provided to perform maintenance of more systematical and safe utility-pipe. CONSTITUTION: A utility-pipe conduit information provider includes as follows. An electric field sensing module senses an electric field which is exposed to an external side from a wire pipe which is arranged in the utility-pipe. A gas leakage sensing module senses gas which exposed form the pie for gas transmission. A pH measuring module is buried in a concrete of a utility-pipe and measures a pH of the concrete.
