PURPOSE: A device and a method thereof which transceives a signal by using a predetermined frame structure are provided to supply a high quality of a communication service which guarantees link capacity and a quality to users which moves in a high speed. CONSTITUTION: A processors(125,175,190) transceives a signal through a frame according to a predetermined frame structure. At least one frame is comprised of eight subframes. The frame is comprised of a type-2 subframe and a type-1 subframe. A CP(Cyclic Prefix) length of a frame is one among 0, 1/32 of a valid symbol length, a 1/64 of a valid symbol length, and a 1/128 of the valid symbol length.
