PURPOSE: A spring wing turbine for regulating the opening angle of a last wing is provided to increase energy absorption rate in a low water drop by controlling the opening angle of the last wing. CONSTITUTION: A spring wing turbine for regulating the opening angle of a last wing comprises a drum(68), an acceleration wing, a stationary blade(39a), a rotating vane(39) and a spring wing(90). The drum connects a septum board and a circular plate to a main shaft(32). The acceleration wing is attached to the dented face of a plurality of arc shape wings toward the drain. The stationary blade is attached a plurality of arc wings to a turbine house so that a concave surface faces the drain. The spring wing has the finish wing connected to a wing shaft(42) and controls the interval between wings using a spring(41). |
