FIELD: personal use articles. ^ SUBSTANCE: applicator device comprises container for storage of composition and applicator to apply composition onto eyelids or lips. Applicator comprises handle of extended shape, having longitudinal axis and rotary applicator element installed movably relative to handle and having axis of rotation that does not comply with longitudinal axis. Applicator element has applicator surface protruding outside between free surfaces of applicator element and designed to grab cosmetic composition. In specified applicator, axis of rotation is inclined relative to longitudinal axis and is not perpendicular to it, and/or applicator element is displaced aside relative to handle, so that near side of applicator surface is free. ^ EFFECT: applicator design provides for ease of application and higher accuracy of cosmetic composition application; a second version of applicator device is also proposed, design of which provides for arrangement of a solid or interrupted line on eyelids or lips. ^ 37 cl, 24 dwg |
