FIELD: construction. ^ SUBSTANCE: straightener comprises body made of tetrahedral monolithic hollow section bar of trapezoid-like cross section with working surface, including straight longitudinal wedge-like edge, flat back surface with holder in the form of longitudinal groove and plugs at both sides of hollow section bar. Outside on working surface there is a working protective jacket in the form of spring clamp of V-shaped cross section similarly to cross section of working surface with edge, with possibility of interaction by inner surface to surface of longitudinal wedge-like edge and flat back surface, with ledges arranged in base of free ends of V-shaped cross section of working protective jacket at the right angle to surface of walls and inverted inside V-shaped cross section of working protective jacket with the possibility to interact with holes arranged along horizontal line on working surface and flat back surface. Besides, ledges at both sides of base of free ends of V-shaped cross section of working protective jacket are arranged in staggered order relative to each other similarly to holes arranged on working surface and flat back surface, accordingly, with start of count at the side of working surface. ^ EFFECT: increased durability, improved quality of operation, increased wear resistance. ^ 4 dwg |
