FIELD: chemistry. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the oil refining industry, particularly to methods of producing binder which can be used in road construction. The invention pertains to a method of producing binder, involving heating heavy oil cuts, the mixture being heated via thermolysis in two steps. At the first step, thermolysis is carried out at 100-250C in the presence of a distillate solvent taken in ratio to rubber crumbs equal to 1:01-1, for 15-60 minutes in the presence of an activating additive. At the second step, thermolysis is carried out at 350-450C for 10-60 minutes in a medium of the heavy oil residue with gradual evaporation of the distillate solvent. ^ EFFECT: good physical and mechanical properties of the binder. ^ 5 cl, 2 tbl |
