FIELD: medicine. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely to pulmonology and cardiology and can be used for early diagnostics of exertional angina pectoris of typical and atypical course in patients with COLD. Claimed method is realiszed by testing COLD patients' blood. Cyto-leukogram of granulocyte-binding lymphocytes is evaluated. Index of rosette-formation (IRF) is calculated as ratio between "ô"-1 (L+G)-1 (lymphocyte+1 granulocyte), "ô"-2 (L+G)-2 (lymphocyte+2 granulocytes), "ô"-3 (L+G)-3 (lymphocyte+3 granulocytes) and freely lying lymphocytes. In case of greater than 0.03 increase of (L+G)-3 IRF, lower than 0.11 (L+G)-2 IRF decrease in patients with COLD exertional angina pectoris is diagnosed. ^ EFFECT: diagnostics method makes it possible to obtain reliable data, does not require special sterility, deficient reagents and expensive devices, is simple in implementation, is economical, does not have contraindications. ^ 1 tbl, 1 ex |
