FIELD: medicine. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely to surgical treatment of destructive forms of acute calculous cholecystitis and can be applied for gallbladder bed processing after cholecystectomy. For this purpose gallbladder bed is subjected to impact of air plasma flow by means of apparatus "Plason" in mode "stimulator-coagulator" with exposure 2-3 seconds per 1 cm. After that, thread is passed through angle, middle and opposite angle of wound. With 1.5-2 cm indent from edge thread ends are passed on diagonal and tied to each other. ^ EFFECT: method makes it possible to ensure sterility of gallbladder bed before application of suture, eliminate formation of coal layer of coagulation necrosis, achieve reliable hemostasis and gall stasis, ensure good adaptation of wound edges, eliminate formation of residual cavity, prevent cutting of liver parenchyma, reduce operation trauma. ^ 2 ex, 5 dwg |
