Device contains an extrusion press head with a parallel guide and a section-deforming plate, between which is a disc for metering the flow of material. In the disc are apertures shaped to correspond to the sections to be obtained but are a few tenths of a millimeter larger those in the deforming plate. Separating webs are placed at the critical locations of the apertures. The tool chock of the head contains a cooling device placed along its periphery near the parallel guide. |
