FIELD: process engineering. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention relates to method of fabricating article from polymer composite material, e.g. relief filler, by plastic deformation of thermoplastic prepreg. Proposed method comprises forming primary saw-like corrugation in crosswise direction, preset-structure corrugation with contact spots and preset bend angle, and deep symmetric cellular relief. Relief formation is performed by deforming preset-structure corrugation in crosswise direction with formation of flat contact spots on crests of cellular filler. Note here that flat contact spots are provided with holes with diametre equal to that of contact spot, or diametre exceeding the latter. ^ EFFECT: lower stiffness relief filler, reduced labour input, higher adhesion between filler and shell. ^ 2 cl, 1 dwg, 2 ex |
