摘要 FIELD: process engineering. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention relates to production of metal and hard alloy nanopowders. Proposed method comprises heating the mix of tungsten and graphite nanopowder in sealed reactor to not over 1000C. Heating is carried out for not over 70 hrs in rotating sealed reactor at not over (5060) rpm. Note here that graphite rods and tungsten nanoparticles (grain size of 10 to 200 nm) are used with the following ratio of components, in wt %: graphite rods - 6, tungsten nanopowder - 94. ^ EFFECT: high-purity tungsten carbide nanopowder. ^ 1 dwg
