Aircraft bearing strength formation device includes stepped active surface located on convex or conical surface and formed with piezoelectric band actuators capable, by means of applied controlled electric action, of making swing oscillating movements causing the displacement of ambient particles and forming the reduced pressure area providing the creation of bearing strength.
