FIELD: process engineering. ^ SUBSTANCE: proposed multilayer body comprises, at least, one partially formed functional layer accurately aligned with, at least, one additional partially formed layer. First layer is applied on replicative layer first section and, at least, on one second section whereon first relief structure is not formed, and is structure to comply with first relied structure. First layer is removed from first section but not removed from, at least, one second section, or removed from, at least, one second section but not removed from first section.
