FIELD: medicine, sport. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention refers to playing and gymnastic apparatuses and aims at one-handed object catching or throwing. Due to a custom-made membrane (1-7) stretched and fastened to an apparatus, the playing and gymnastic apparatus enables one-handed flying object throwing and catching, both in an embodiment according to positions 9-18, and in an embodiment according to positions 19-38.
