The panel has an acoustic resistive structure and a reflective layer between which strips of honeycomb cells are provided in a direction perpendicular to a longitudinal direction of a nacelle. The strips are spaced apart so as to enable passage of hot air flow for treating icing, and hot air ducts are provided for passage of the hot air. Each duct is defined by two partitions (36.1, 36.2) extending from the resistive structure to the reflective layer so as to insulate the cell strips in the longitudinal direction. Draining ducts evacuate water, and are placed against the reflective layer.
