The device (1) has a case (2) including a circular opening (3) to receive a female coaxial connector (6) that receives a male coaxial connector (13). A conductive core (7) traverses the female coaxial connector. An electronic global positioning system signal processing circuit (4) is arranged in the case. A contactor element (5) i.e. flexible contactor, is fixed on the electronic circuit. The conductive core has a projecting part (7A) that projects with respect to the opening such that the projecting part is in electrical contact with the contactor element.
