An organo-mineral fertilizer comprises poultry manure, carrier of organic carbon, superphosphate in a form of powder, carbamide, ammophos, potassium chloride, perlite, and the process for continuous production of organo-mineral fertilizer, in which at first organic carbon is ground, mixed it with poultry manure and superphosphate is added in a form of powder for binding of nitrogen compounds at ratio of poultry manure, organic carbon and superphosphate 8:1:1, the compost mass is mixed into compost shop, where with the help of compost machine clamp is formed, the compost mass is blown with air in the clamp for 5-7 days, the temperature of compost mass is carried to +65...+75 °С, mixed and the compost mass is removed for providing of steadiness of biofermentation process passing, and after the end of thermophilic phase a repeating mixing and removing of compost are carried out till the preparation of organic fertilizer with the temperature of +20...+25 °С with humidity of 20-25 %, after that the preliminary prepared mixture of mineral additives is added: carbamide, ammophos, potassium chloride, zeolite, perlite with the preparation of organo-mineral fertilizer, which is granulated, dried and packaged then. |
