PURPOSE: An abdominal muscle training machine is provided to maximize user's abdominal muscle power during abdominal muscle exercise by adjusting the engaged position of a waist link belt. CONSTITUTION: An abdominal muscle training machine comprises: a seating stage(10) in which feet of a user are settled; and a first waist link belt and a second waist link belt(22) which are integrally connected to both sides of the seating stage, are made of a non-elastic material, and are formed into a band form surrounding user's waist. The first waist link belt and second waist link belt include a connecting member(30) in each end thereof and a connection adjustment tap(25) in one or more sides of the inside and outside.
