A method of dismantling a fixed shaft-sleeve connection formed with polymeric materials includes axial displacement of a female part toward the free end of shaft. Between the ends of female part and stepped shaft a removable washer is installed that is removed during dismantling, an impact load is applied to the female part moving it toward the formed gap, and then it is removed in the reverse direction.
