An early emergency detection system relates to emergency detection acquisition systems and safeguard and human life-sustaining activity. The system includes air condition detection sensor with fixation of normal, undesirable and dangerous indices located in technogenic-dangerous areas and connected to a local concentrator server of direct and feed-back links by protective communication channels as well as a GSM communicating device and GPS means for determination of locations connected by a provider with direct and feed-back dispatch center by protective communication channels. The system comprises additionally a information acquisition module of meteorological data for detection of air mass direction of motion and wind velocity, vertical atmospheric stability, air temperature and surveillance camera for video fixation of emergency and technogenic events as well as access checking unauthorized persons to protected objects. The technical result consists in improving early detection of emergency provides information actuality of security status of potentially dangerous objects, population and territories to increase its reliability. |
