Method for express-diagnostics of pig eumeriosis includes mixing faeces with water, filtration, precipitation, discharge of surface liquid layer, centrifugation of suspension obtained during 2 minutes at 1.5 rev/min, repetitive centrifugation of deposit with solvent and microscopic investigation. As solvent one uses 80 % solution of sugar, and microscopic investigation is carried out in 3 first drops of surface film with calculation of oocysts in 10 fields of vision of microscope. |
