<p>#CMT# #/CMT# The method involves adjusting a signal measured by an instrument or values of a precalibration curve such that a calculated activity or measured signal value on the curve for a single or two adjusters is restored to an activity/signal value that is identical to a standard activity/signal value. Same adjustment is applied to samples whose signal or activity is measured with precalibrated reagents e.g. liquid. The adjuster is constituted by a stabilized lyophilized plasma or a pool of stabilized lyophilized plasmas, and purified or semi-purified plasma protein. #CMT# : #/CMT# An independent claim is also included for an adjuster for calibrating a blood coagulation scanning test. #CMT#USE : #/CMT# Method for directly or indirectly adjusting a measured signal/calculated biological activity or a precalibration curve to correct an influence of an STA(RTM: not defined) instrument with a precalibrated reagent e.g. liquid, for a laboratory medicine diagnostic test e.g. hemostasis diagnostic test and blood coagulation scanning test such as dispersed solid phase immunologic dosage-type test, plasmatic D-dimers dosing test, activated partial thromboplastin time test (TCA), prothrombin time or plasma prothrombin time test (TP), thrombin clotting time test (TT) and other enzymologic test (all claimed), and in a hospital. #CMT#ADVANTAGE : #/CMT# The method avoids fluctuation of the results consisting of the signal measured by the instrument or the biological activity calculated by the instrument during blood coagulation and/or the type of instrument used for the tests, and avoids the need to locally create calibration for each time during usage of other kit for measuring the blood coagulation times in the hemostasis diagnostic test. The method enables the user to easily detect the results while carrying out the tests, and improves the variability of inter-instruments on the kit.</p> |
