The method involves shaping an impermeable or reflective layer (16) e.g. metallic or composite sheet, according to its final shape when necessary, and applying a stripping film (26) on a portion of a free surface of the layer. A core (28) having a section adapted to that of a discharge pipe (20) is positioned on the film, so that the core covers openings in the layer. A drainage plate (22) is molded on the film and the core. The drainage plate is stripped, and the core and the film are withdrawn. The drainage plate is connected to the free surface of the layer by applying glue in furrows. The drainage plate is obtained by wrapping of webs of fibers drowned in a resin matrix and by polymerization.
