The device (1) has a tubular guidance element (3) integrated with an anchoring element (2), where the anchoring element is utilized for anchoring the device on a fixed support i.e. post (P). The tubular guidance element is equipped with a foldable tubular bevel gear section (7) for allowing formation of a bevel gear shape for a safety cable (L) or rope in a manual way, where the foldable tubular bevel gear section is made of a material identical to rest of the tubular guidance element. The anchoring element and the tubular guidance element are made of stainless steel.
