<p>The device has a trapdoor (5) e.g. plate trapdoor, arranged on an immersed buoy or an immersed vehicle. The trapdoor covers adhesion elements when the adhesion elements are separated. The trapdoor is provided with a cover. A support is fixed on the immersed buoy, and a plate is fixed to the support around a housing. The cover is closed on the housing. A spring (7) made of stainless material permits the closing of the trapdoor.</p>
