The cover (1) has a padding material enclosed between two fabric sheets, and a rectangular part made of a protecting material, and a region including a head passage hole (5) that is placed on a median longitudinal line and allows passage of a head of a person on which the cover is placed. An edge region is placed opposite to the region and includes a pocket (7c) whose opening is placed such that person introduces one of his feet to protect the feet from cold. Two arm passage holes (6) are positioned with respect to the head passage hole to permit passage of arms of the person.
