METHOD FOR MYCOTESTING ENVIRONMENTAL PHENOLIC POLLUTION

A method for mycotesting environmental phenolic pollution includes determining the content of peroxidation products of lipids in mycelial cultures of Flammulina velutipes (Curt.: Fr.) Sing. while carrying out artificial cultivation on nutrient media. Cultivation is carried out on nutrient media which comprise phenol in a concentration 0.005-0.15 %. The degree of toxic phenolic load on nature systems is determined according to the level of intensity of lipid peroxidation processes of a test crop in comparison with the control.
