The front panel has a wood skeleton frame (1) connected with a concrete skin (2) by multiple connectors (3) in order to form an indeformable wood-concrete mixed box. A threaded part is screwed within the wood skeleton frame, and is provided with a net ridge with thickness decreasing toward an end opposed to a head. Insulation material (4) is placed at an inner side of the wood skeleton frame. A waterproof film is intercalated between the concrete skin and the wood skeleton frame. An expansive filling joint is connected between flooring nosings and the front panel.
