The device (10) has a tool holder (11) suspended on a frame (2) of a bearing machine (1). The tool holder is provided with two arms (12), and a priming head (20) is fixed at an end of each arm of the tool holder. The priming head comprises a set of rotary brushes (30) arranged such that rotational axes of the brushes are parallel to each other in a plane parallel to a displacement axis. The rotational axes of the brushes are homologous with the priming heads arranged in opposite sides, where rotational axes belong to same vertical plane orthogonal to the displacement axis.
