PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem in water jet working operation wherein water is jetted at high pressure to a concrete structure to crush the concrete structure, which creates an environment where an operator inhales a surface grinding/polishing/cleaning waste material produced by crushing of the concrete structure, and the surface grinding/polishing/cleaning waste material affects the operator's health because of its strong alkalinity. SOLUTION: The water-jet jetting apparatus for jetting high pressure water to perform working of the concrete structure, is moved by remote operation to perform working of the concrete structure. A support device for supporting the water-jet jetting apparatus slidably in a horizontal direction and turnably in a vertical direction is liftably provided at a mast, and the mast is liftably supported to an arm of a power shovel.
