PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fluorinated drink which enables a more reliable and accurate control of the intake of fluorine associated with tooth formation than that through fluorinated city water. SOLUTION: The fluorinated drink is obtained by producing a fluorinated drink with a fluorine concentration within the range of 0.6-1.2 ppm by adding to and dissolving in purified water (RO water) an appropriate fluorine compound and bottling the fluorinated water produced in a bottle labelled with an accurate fluorine concentration. As it is free of impurities, the fluorinated drink contains fluorine ions in an accurately formulated concentration, and as the fluorine concentration is indicated, an adequate amount of fluorine is taken.
