PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a folding vehicle seat including a retaining belt of a seat body in order to rotate the seat body folded and collected to one part and place it on a floor of a vehicle body floor, to stably push-in/retain the seat body by the retaining belt, and to prevent generation of noise accompanying vibration while traveling or the like. SOLUTION: The folding vehicle seat includes the retaining belt 2 of the seat body 1 in which a hooking hook 21 is mounted to an upper end side of a belt body 20a, a portion close to an upper part of the belt body 20a is penetrated to a hanging ring 3 provided on an upper part side of a standing wall r<SB>2</SB>continued to the vehicle body floor F and a lower end side of the belt body 20a is fixed to a lower part side of the standing wall r<SB>2</SB>. An engagement part 4 of the hooking hook 21 is provided on a folding placement upper stage side of the seat body 1, and the retaining belt 2 of the seat body 1 is installed such that the hooking hook 21 is hooked on the engagement part 4 provided on the folding placement upper stage side of the seat body 1 and the seat body 1 can be pushed-in/retained on the floor of the vehicle body floor F while making a portion of the belt body 20a penetrated to the hanging ring 3 as a fulcrum.
