摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To accurately calculate a threshold value for disconnection detection of a direction indicator, to set the threshold value for a control device for a vehicle, and to hardly allow erroneous detection of disconnection of the direction indicator, in a setting method for the disconnection detection threshold value of the control device for the vehicle. SOLUTION: A first drive current value (Iout1) flowing in a first load capacity and a first current value (Isense1 conversion value) for disconnection detection corresponding to the first drive current value (Iout1) are measured, and a second drive current value (Iout2) flowing in a second load capacity different from the first load capacity and a second current value (Isense2 conversion value) for disconnection detection corresponding to the second drive current value (Iout2) are measured. A proportion constant (K') and a piece (S) of a calculation formula for converting the current for disconnection detection to the drive current are calculated from the first drive current value, the first current value for disconnection detection, the second drive current value and the second current value for disconnection detection, and a threshold value is calculated based on the proportion constant and the piece.
