PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pile head joint structure of a concrete pile with an outer shell steel pipe, which excels in structural performance and cross-sectional efficiency at a pile head joint part, improves in quality reliability, and is simple in shape to facilitate manufacturing. SOLUTION: The concrete pile with the outer shell steel pipe includes a disk-like ring member 14 at the end face of the steel pipe 12 of an SC pile body 15. The outer diameter of the ring member 14 is made larger than that of the steel pipe 12, and the ring member 14 is provided with holes 18 outside the outer peripheral surface of the steel pipe 12. The inner diameter of the ring member 14 is made smaller than that of the concrete layer 13, and the ring member 14 is provided with holes 18 inside the inner peripheral surface of the concrete layer 13. The side with the ring member 14 of the SC pile 11 is used as a pile head, and the ring member 14 and the reinforcements 17 are joined in a state where reinforcements 17 penetrates the holes 18 of the ring member 14 to extend to the upper side of the ring member 14.
