PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve construction efficiency and to prevent condensation on an exterior wall regardless of new-building construction or repair construction. SOLUTION: A foam resin board 10 which is provided in advance with a waterproof coating layer on its surface is used, and is arranged on the outside of a frame. The foam resin boards 10 are arranged adjacent to one another in all directions by creating clearances among them. After filling a urethane resin material 12 into the concavity of the clearance, an acrylic-resin-coating waterproof material 18-2 is applied at least on the surface of the urethane resin material, and then dried (Claim 1).
