PURPOSE: A transflective liquid crystal display device is provided to improve the transmittance by including a diffusion layer for diffusing projecting to R,G,B pixels. CONSTITUTION: A pixel structure is formed with transmissive R,G,B pixels and reflective W pixel. The R,G,B,W pixels are arranged as the square shape. The R,G,B pixels comprises a first substrate, a second substrate, a TFT on the first substrate, a first insulating layer on the first substrate, a black matrix formed on the second substrate for blocking light, and R,G,B color filters formed on the second substrate. |
