PURPOSE: A fender for seashore having an illuminating unit is provided to stably guide the anchorage of a ship by physically contacting a part of the ship. CONSTITUTION: A fender for seashore comprises a fender body(100) of square plate shape, a reflective unit(300), and an illuminating unit(200). The fender body is installed in a pier at the seashore. The reflective unit is installed on the edges of the fender body The illuminating unit comprises LEDs(220) which emit light in response to external electric signals and is fixed to the reflective unit.
